Phase 1 – Feasibility Study/Budgeting:

  • Walk through of facility to document existing ventilation concepts.

  • Written report of walkthrough findings of existing systems including pictures.

  • Written report of optional ventilation enhancement concepts.

  • Budget pricing of equipment associated with ventilation enhancement concepts.

  • Four bound copies of feasibility study.

  • Meeting with facility manager to review report and discuss advantages/disadvantages.

Cost:  $500 per 10,000 SF of facility.

Phase 2 – Design Development:

  • Design Criteria Scope Of Services Report for use to hire engineer to design system.

  • Conceptual design sketches of ventilation system to use for installation cost budgeting.

  • Order of magnitude equipment sizing based of industry standard ventilation criteria.

  • Meeting with facility manager to review Design Development document prior to publication.

  • Four bound copies of Design Development documentation.

Cost:  $750 per 10,000 SF of facility.

Phase 3 – Contract Document Engineering:

  • Note – Independent Of Phases 1 and 2

  • Design by Professional Engineer.

  • Engineering calculations to size final equipment.

  • Engineering drawings and specification.

  • Four bound copies of Contract Document drawings and specifications

  • Pre-Bid meeting with contractor(s)

  • Construction follow-up and monitoring/commissioning of system startup.

Cost:  $115/Hour + Printing expenses of contract document drawings & specification  or Negotiated Lump Sum Fee
