This is a presentation that gets into the basics and essentials of understanding the Contract Documents including what they are, how they are developed, how they are used in the industry, how to deal with conflicts, how to get products approved in the submittal process, how to deal with change orders, how to submit voluntary alternates in a way that gets the owners attention but doesn't insult the engineer, etc. The seminar can include some group brainstorming, story boarding, large group/small break out group discussions, role playing, etc. depending on the time allowed.

Business Strategic Planning and Conflict Resolution Facilitation Sessions

These services include a pre-work session seminar outlining individual and group decision making theories.  The work sessions include large and small group creative thinking techniques to explore options and alternatives available.  The session takes the group through the process of  Vision-Planning-Implementation-Evaluation strategic thinking and ends with formulating a short-term Decision tree to start the process of working as a group toward the Vision.  Individuals in the session will also be encouraged to do some self-exploring exercises to bring to light how individual skills, abilities and talents can be combined with other individuals to optimize the group's human resources.
