Phase 2 – Design Development:
 

Design Criteria Scope Of Services Report for use to hire engineer to design system. Conceptual design sketches of ventilation system to use for installation cost budgeting. Order of magnitude equipment sizing based of industry standard ventilation criteria. Meeting with facility manager to review Design Development document prior to publication. Four bound copies of Design Development documentation.      Cost:  $750 per 10,000 SF of facility.
